Aged 43 years, a qualified Ayurvedic Specialist by qualification and a directionist by nature, Dr. Shaleen Singh is serving as the Chairman of Shaleen Pharmaceuticals. He has been instrumental in chartering the growth of Shaleen Pharmaceuticals during the initial years of operation. Under his marvelous stewardship, the company performed creditably & notched up several successes. His indomitable will and unrelenting commitment towards his business goals has propelled the stupendous growth of the company from a modest turnover of Rs. 1 Millions in 1995 to Rs. 65 Millions in 2013. He provides strategic guidance to the company apart from being a mentor to the top management.
Dr. Shaleen Singh is the visionary behind the company''''s business management, product development, production & marketing initiatives. His hard work & untiring efforts have made the company a competition-less manufacturer of the Ayurvedic and Herbal Medicines in the region.
He is a significant member of National Integrated Medical Association. He was rewarded membership of the Association of Manufacturers of Ayurvedic Medicine for his contributions made to the Industry. He is a permanent member of All India Ayurveda Mahasammelan. With a mission to take the Company to the pinnacle of the success, he is steering the team with his dynamic leadership to be updated on innovations. As a qualified Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner (MD in Ayurvedic Medicines), Dr. Mrs. Inderjit Kaur is the Managing Director of Shaleen Pharmaceuticals. With strong business, process and technical skills, she has played a key role in company’s financial growth.
With a spirit of a real team player, she possesses the highest level of competence in manufacturing field and has been recognized as an expert in the industry. Known for her strategic insight and entrepreneurial vision, she is working on building a strong R & D facility in the company and looking after R & D, manufacturing, IPR, administration & related activities of the company.
Her smart insight of strategic marketing has resulted in revenue-enhancing market penetration and new product launch.
She is equally adept at advising on key strategic decisions and ensuring company’s financial sustainability & value for money. She has successfully led the company through some of its most challenging times, and enabled it to emerge stronger each time.
As a resourceful and energetic leader adept at implementing new marketing programs, she is an expert at developing an array of innovative & compelling integrated marketing communication plans that have succeeded in capturing customer value within a competitive environment.

Apart from her professional activities, Dr. Inderjit Kaur is also very active in Social activities. She has been serving the patients without charging any consultation fee for more than 20 years.
